The name "Peace Garden State" comes from the international Peace Garden, which is located directly on the border between North Dakota and Manitoba in Canada. The state surprises its visitors with a variety of natural beauties such as Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Theodore Roosevelt National Park consists of a northern and a southern part, which are approximately 80 kilometers apart. The two parts are connected by hiking and riding trails and challenging mountain bike trails.

Mandan Rodeo Days
