Visa to the Bahamas
The Visa Application Center of the British Embassy operates as usual for receiving and issuing documents.
To rest in the Bahamas, citizens of Ukraine need to apply for a visa. According to A2zgov, the diplomatic interests of the Bahamas in Ukraine are represented by the British Embassy, so the documents for obtaining a visa are submitted to the center of the British Embassy.
Submission of documents for a visa to the Bahamas does not require the personal presence of a tourist.

List of documents required for obtaining a visa to the Bahamas :
- Bahamas visa application
- 2 photos on a white background, size 3.5×4.5; 80% of the face; limitation period not more than 6 months;
- Foreign passport – original:
Valid for at least 6 months from the date of return from a planned trip.
Copies of all visa pages for the last 10 years.
If you have a second valid passport, you must also provide the original and copies of all pages; - Copies of all pages with civil passport marks ;
- Help from work. On the letterhead of the company with the seal and signature of the director and chief accountant, indicating the position, salary for the last 6 months, date of employment, with confirmation of the preservation of the workplace and salary for the duration of the trip. Translation into English;
- For private entrepreneurs.
A photocopy of the certificate of registration of the enterprise, a declaration for the last reporting period. Translation into English ;
- An extract from the bank on the presence of the account and the balance on the account.
Account statement for 6 months.
Translation into English (if the bank does not provide a certificate in English); - Photocopies of documents for real estate and movable property. Translation into English;
- Photocopy of marriage or divorce certificate. Translation into English ;
- Photocopies of the child’s birth certificate. Translation into English ;

A visa to the Bahamas for Ukrainians is issued only if there is a clean spread of the pages of the passport.
The terms for processing documents at the consulate are from 10 days from the date of submission of documents to the visa center.
The Consular Section of the British Embassy may withhold visa documents without notice, and the UK Visa Application Center Kyiv may require any additional documents to be provided, at their discretion.
Upon receipt of documents, you must provide a receipt of payment (in case of receipt of documents by an authorized person, an additional power of attorney for receipt written by the tourist’s hand is provided).
Important! Having a British visa or a US visa does not give you the right to visit the Bahamas!
The consular fee for processing an application for a Bahamian visa is paid when filling out an online application, after which you will have the opportunity to make an appointment for an interview at the Visa Application Center.
